How To Drive Safely – Passengers vs. Phones

Posted on 17. Mar, 2011 by in All How To Videos, Cars, Life Tips

This video discusses the danger of a driver talking on their cell phone vs. talking to another passenger in the car.  Obviously, it’s best to give your full attention to the road, but this guy says that passengers can help the driver be aware of road conditions, other drivers, and more, whereas the person on the other end of the cell phone has no idea what is going on.

All in all, it’s a pretty bad idea to talk on your cell phone while driving.  This dude even says that cell phone talkers and drunk drivers have the same amount of crash risk.  Whoa!  So where does that put the people who drive and text?
