How to Get Rid of Dust Mites

Dust mites are nasty little bugs – and in this video a Missy Pyle-lookalike gives a couple simple tips to get rid of them. More dust mites live in the bedroom than in any other room of the house, so it’s important to ward against them there.
The North American House Dust Mite lives on dead skin cells. They don’t bite like bedbugs, but they can certainly stir up allergies. Another gross fact is that most people are not allergic to the mites themselves, but to their feces. And since the average mattress contains tens of thousands of these little beasties, that makes for a lot of dust mite waste. Ew! It’s a good idea to follow the steps you need to clean the house, and clear the air.
